Lost Waves is a surfing organisation dedicated to the future well-being and unification of the global  surfing tribe.

Encompassing all surfers connection to the environment, our fellow surfers and our link to all living creatures on this earth.

These two images taken in 1976 and again twenty years later in 1996, are of another "lost wave", Omaha (Ti Point) situated on New Zealand's East Coast approximately one hours drive north of Auckland City.

This classic east coast sand bar break was destroyed after the two groins were built to prevent further erosion of  sand  from the beach and dune areas.
